- 1 （可拉 後裔的 詩歌，交與伶長。調用 女音。） 神 是我們的 避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中 隨時的 幫助。
- 2 所以，地 雖改變，山 雖搖動 到海 心，
- 3 其中的水 雖匉訇 翻騰，山 雖因海漲 而戰抖，我們也不 害怕。（細拉）
- 4 有一道河，這河的分汊使 神 的城 歡喜；這城就是至高者 居住 的聖所。
- 5 神 在其中，城必不 動搖；到天一 亮， 神 必幫助這城。
- 6 外邦 喧嚷，列國 動搖； 神發 聲，地 便鎔化。
- 7 萬軍 之耶和華 與我們同在；雅各的 神 是我們的 避難所！（細拉）
- 8 你們來 看 耶和華 的作為，看他使 地 怎樣 荒涼。
- 9 他止息 刀兵，直到 地 極；他折 弓、斷 槍，把戰車 焚燒 在火中。
- 10 你們要休息，要知道 我是 神！我必在外邦中 被尊崇，在遍地上 也被尊崇。
